POWER YOGA 
An invigorating workout that fuses Yoga, Pilates, strength work, flexibility, balance, and focus, leaving you energized, centered, and ready for the day. This faith-based yoga class feeds your body, mind, and soul! Class is performed barefoot. Bring a yoga mat. Yoga blocks, straps, and blankets are optional. Ages 13 & up.

BARRE
Low Impact, Total Body Workout. Fusing the art of ballet barre work, pilates, yoga, and strength training, this class builds muscle, increases balance, while developing long, lean muscles. Class is performed barefoot.

BURN
Increase metabolism, strength, muscle tone, and endurance! This class utilizes bars and free weights to build beautiful muscles. Great focus is given to body mechanics and form. Regardless of where you are starting out at, this class will help take you to the next level in your fitness goals!

KICKBOX
This cardio kickboxing class incorporates kicks, punches, blocks and more to give you a fun workout that increases your cardiovascular and respiratory endurance. Burn calories and fat, build strength and endurance while building confidence! Great workout for any level!

GLOW DANCE
Bring the nightclub to your workout with this blast of a class! Using Glow lights and laser lights, this class is a party that burns calories, reduces stress, increases smiles, and builds friendships! Got two left feet? Who cares! Lights are low and the dance vibe is high! Just come ready to shake!

PILATES PLUS (Not on current schedule) 
Get the best of Pilates, Yoga, & weights, with constant & intentional movement designed to lengthen & strengthen muscles while working on endurance, flexibility, and stability. Bring a yoga mat, hand weights, and optional towel (to cushion any bony areas in mat-work) . Beginner to Advanced welcome.

FitFusion (Not on current schedule)

Unique fusion of vertical Pilates, Boxing, Zumba, and weights that fuses the power, speed, and agility of boxing with the beautiful sculpting of Pilates and weights, and the dance party vibe of Zumba. This class format boosts metabolism, with fat-melting, muscle-sculpting, core-tightening movements that give you a fun and challenging workout easily modified for any fitness level. Bring a yoga mat, light hand-weights (1-3 pounds), and a smile!

Shred (Not on current schedule)

(Held in the park during warmer months – Meet @Playground)
Shred those pounds with this high energy, boot-camp style class that gives you a head to toe workout. This class builds strength, endurance, and physical fitness while boosting your metabolism. Bring hand-weights (5-10 pounds if you have them) and a yoga mat (or towel) for floor work. *The Shred class may be held indoors or outdoors. 


Pi-Yoga Fusion (Not on current schedule)

Get the best of mat Pilates, Yoga, and weights, with movement designed to lengthen & strengthen muscles while working on endurance, flexibility, and stability. Bring yoga mat, light hand-weights (1-3 pounds), and optional towel (to cushion bony prominences on floor work). All levels welcome! (Class may be held indoors or outdoors.)
